Well here I am for the very first time, starting on a weight loss journey that I began back in January. I joined a gym and got 2 solid weeks out of it before I came down with bronchitis, three weeks later I feel I'm well again and get two more workouts in and then poof I get a viral infection. This week I will be going to workout for the first time in like almost a month and I admit that I am feeling the effects. I have been feeling very tired and sluggish lately, nothing like how I felt those two first initial weeks that I was working out; I felt more energetic, invigorated and just alot happier ~ I even lost 10 lbs in those first 2 weeks but now I feel like I've gained it back. I'm more determined than ever to get back to working out, to lose the weight and to change my life! I will be using this blog to vent, rant, update on challenges I'm taking on SparkPeople, talk about my workouts and goals etc. I'm really excited to get this blog going and to really utilize it to the best of my abilities ~ look foward to sharing this journey with all of you :)
