LEt me first start by saying
. No really I do ... I just can't get in the hang of new routines. If anyone has an Idea how to get started PLSE HELP !!! Im trying to just start but things like easter come up. I love to eat exspecially meat... and we BBQed this weekend. Of course I ate it was habbit but I felt horrible afterward and even worse this morning when I weighed myself. So
but I am going walk today. I figured if I just keep trying every time I mess up I might get the hang of it one day... OH and does anyone know any good workout to start my routine or maybe have a beginner routine im lost trying to make my own.
