Getting back on track today!

Hey all...it's been a long time since I've blogged...would this have anything to do with my stagnation in the weight loss department? Most definitely!

So the new plan is to start getting ready for summer. You know the garden, the mowing, spring cleaning etc. I will go to the gym each morning, but each night I want to get something done on my house. Tonight it's the lawn, the weather is amazing today and I think today is the last day, so definitely mowing...I hate doing it when it's raining! I'm picking a different project each night and I'm going to start reporting it here! No more hibernation!!!

I'm also gooing to start in earnest enjoying the fresh fruits and vegies starting to show up in the grocery store. I need to be getting more of those in each day.

So two small goals that I'm hoping will help out my attitude for getting back to a healthy lifestyle!

    This is a good plan and great goals! It's the small steady steps we take that keep us moving forward and making things happen.
