Got through my first week, wheeeeeew.

Well that was a difficult week but I am so excited I did it. Stayed on track with my eating habits. I have eaten more veggies and fruit this week than the whole year combined. Dinner every week has been a Sparkpeople recipe. They were all very yummy. My family loved them. Thank you so much to all of you who post recipes. Couldn't have done it without you.
My goal this week is to get moving more. I think I can, I think I can.
