Sorry all for dropping off the face of the earth like that... life got pretty busy for me lately and slowly I stopped updating here, and even tracking calories. Luckily, I didn't really gain any weight during that time, so I've just reset all my goals and have told myself it's a fresh start for a fresh spring. I can do it!
Other than that, things have been going great. I'm a lot less stressed and depressed now, and have had some really good times and luck lately. I definitely feel like I can give weight loss my all, and that I can do it. I think, however, I'm not going to set my goals to be quite as high as before to start with. So I have set a mini goal and also set it at 1 pound a week. I'm sure I can beat that, but a slow start seems the safest. Gradual changes are the ones that stick. Plus it'll be motivating.
