Have not been blogging because I am starting to get frustrated. I have decreased my belt size to where I will need a new belt soon, but the weight remains. My wife is supportive, but then complains of the same thing. We are stuck. I was ahead of the pace established by SparkPeople, but now I am behind. I have not lost anything for over a month and yet I can run further and feel better. I know that I can find solace with that knowledge, but I would like to see some results weight wise rather than having to readjust my belt.

    Other things are happening to your body. I am experiencing the same thing -- the clothes are getting bigger on me and everyone thinks I have lost but the scale doesn't move. This has been happening for quite a while. I just keep trying to eat healthy and get myself moving. Eventually the weight will have to come off but it is difficult to stay motivated.
