lift and separate
Monday, April 09, 2012
Yeah, it kinda felt like that when I picked up the broom stick and started doing the lifting exercises I have not done in several weeks. I lifted and thought I was about gonna separate the shoulder from the socket. But, thankfully, it didn't happen like that. Just lifting, and that burn that I need to feel to know that I'm working my arm. It hurts, but it must be done. It will be nice to finally lay on that arm and not feel pain. Putting my arms around my hubby in bed shouldn't be a painful experience, even if the pain is light to moderate. Right now, that's my evening reality.
For the record, because I'm having a tough time manually entering activities, I must have been cooking, slicing, dicing and chopping, getting ready for Easter meal with family and friends, for at least a good 45 minutes. I was on my feet that whole time, and was up and down for much of the visit. Too much like Martha, I think.
But, the good side is..............HE AROSE! HALLUJAH!~ CHRIST AROSE!
And Mass? Well, it was just GLORIOUS!!!!! BECAUSE HE AROSE!!!!
Easter blessings to all who may read this. As He died to make us holy, let us live to make all free. His truth never ceases to march onward.
