The 4 Really's

The other day, I caught a snippet of one of Wayne Dyer's tapes and it stuck with me. A few blogs ago, I wrote that you have to want this weight loss so badly that you can taste it.

Dyer explained the four really's this way... When you really, really, really, REALLY want something, you usually manifest it.

Makes sense because those are the things we work hardest for; ever notice that you tend to drive toward things you're looking at?

Meanwhile, he advises to "enjoy the dance." He uses an anecdote that when you polka (or any other dance), for example, you're not setting a goal to get to the other side of the room. Your focus is on enjoying the dance.

    Great idea to enjoy the dance. Just got back in from a walk....I'm doing it to lose weight, but the walk in itself is enjoyable. I need to remember that!

    After reading some of the books from the weight loss experts it's obvious the medical community is clueless.
Everything from fast and cleanse your weight away
to eat all the protein you want but nothing else.
If they don't know...how are we supposed to ?

Enjoy all the healthy habits you are forming and pray they stick.
(and hope they're the right ones)
