The 4 Really's

The other day, I caught a snippet of one of Wayne Dyer's tapes and it stuck with me. A few blogs ago, I wrote that you have to want this weight loss so badly that you can taste it.

Dyer explained the four really's this way... When you really, really, really, REALLY want something, you usually manifest it.

Makes sense because those are the things we work hardest for; ever notice that you tend to drive toward things you're looking at?

Meanwhile, he advises to "enjoy the dance." He uses an anecdote that when you polka (or any other dance), for example, you're not setting a goal to get to the other side of the room. Your focus is on enjoying the dance.
