I've started my 20 pounds in 3 months deal with myself. Saturday, I ran my first 5K and felt great! I finished the 5K with a time of 32:05. That's not too shabby for my first 5K race. I don't think so anyways.

Sunday we went to my grandmother's for Easter Dinner and boy I ate. I ate so much in fact that I gained 2 pounds:( It's okay though because I know it will come back off this week. This week I am going to work on my running and sticking to my calories and workout schedule! I hope everyone has a great and sparkly week:)

    Congrats on your race time! That's awesome! It's okay to overindulge once in awhile...that's life, no one is perfect, and sometimes you just have to live a little. I ate a few too many sweets this weekend...time to burn it off, too. At lest the major holidays are all over for awhile lol.

Glad you enjoyed your Easter Dinner. I'm sure it was worth the 2lbs gain. I miss my grandmother's cooking. She passed a couple of years ago.
