I've started my 20 pounds in 3 months deal with myself. Saturday, I ran my first 5K and felt great! I finished the 5K with a time of 32:05. That's not too shabby for my first 5K race. I don't think so anyways.
Sunday we went to my grandmother's for Easter Dinner and boy I ate. I ate so much in fact that I gained 2 pounds:( It's okay though because I know it will come back off this week. This week I am going to work on my running and sticking to my calories and workout schedule! I hope everyone has a great and sparkly week:)
