Ive mentioned before I suffer from nightmares, these often make me wake up feeling like a victom. Today I'm learning that if I just breath through it and let the physical effect of the nightmare wear off then I'm less likely to be stuck in my head all day about it. Once my sholders come out of my ears I should be fine, thats my plan anyway. It's good, already I can feel a differance. And the biggest way to get rid of physical tension is to do exersice so I'll plan to do that earlier than later.
