Yep, it is.
Not feeling to bad today after doing a Jillian NMTZ plus the elliptical yesterday. It was so worth it though. Not to much guilt for having a peice of cheesecake that I made. I at least tried to make it not so bad. Used almond flour with the gluten free grahm crackers, used light cream cheese and greek yogurt for the sour cream. The only bad part was the caramel pecan topping on it but even that was not too bad. It was SO creamy and so good. Even daughter and daughter's BF liked it.
