Fell off, but barely

I have been worried because I haven't been to the gym or logged my food in over a month. I weighed in last night and was relieved to see that I had adapted better choices and portion control. I have only gained one pound. I am headed back to the gym this week, gas prices are too high to go anywhere else. I look forward to the loss continuing, the plus side of taking the month off, my metabolism is not getting used to what I do. I will be able to kick it in high gear again pretty easily. It's the only time being inconsistent is a good thing. emoticon
