Hi. I am now wearing a counter. You click it and it goes up by one. Everytime I bypass a fast food place that I want to stop at, I click it. Everytime I have a positive thought which keeps me from overeating I click it. Everytime I say NO to a an offered sweet I click it. Everytime I take the long way around I click it.
At the end of the day, I place a coin in a skinny jar for every time I clicked it, and reset the clicker to 00.
This clicker has a lock on it so that you cannot accidentally click it - no cheating here! It is the kind I use to count stitches when I crochet. It is available on Amazon.com, but be sure to get the little plastic one that locks. I can put it in my pocket or my purse when I don't want to wear it around my neck. Where ever I go, it goes.
The money goes towards a train trip Iwant to make, but am just too fat to fit in the train comparftment comfortably. What I lose in pou nds I gain in Money and rewards.

    We made homemade sausage yesterday &i ate carefully and had a vie gin bloody Mary and didn't,t gain...yahoo...I guess it can be done...good luck with your counter...I have no problem passing up fast food. But give me appetizers and drinks and it's another story...we all have our challenges
