I did my Fit Test on BodyRock.TV and in 8 min and 51 secs I burned 70 calories. I need to be consistent with the bodyrock workouts because they are POWERFUL.
50/10: 50 sec intervals with 10 sec rests (10 secs didn't feel like enough but those were the instructions. LOL)
These are the count I did in 50 seconds for the 7 exercises
Squat jumps - 28
Push ups (on knees) 20
High knees 50 reps
Switch lunges 43 reps
Tuck jumps 20
Straight abs 14
According to heart monitor: 70 calories; 8 min 51 sec; 4 min in zone; avg 66%; 80%peak. When I read the recording from the heart monitor, I felt like I could have pushed more if my average was 66% of my normal heart rate for 8 min. But it was truly hard.
Now, if I could do this 9 min exercise 3 times a day - I would burn 210 in 27 min. That sounds pretty appealing. But for now, I am going to focus on doing this every morning to start my day. I have no exercise not to find 9 mins.
