Back on track - today!

So I had a good week after gaining on vacation. I'm happy about that - I've lost all but one pound that I had gained that week, and only in one week! But I'm a little concerned about the last two days since I weighed in. This is so hard sometimes! I'm plugging along, but I've allowed myself to slip into bad habits again (eating more than one serving, eating mindlessly). Today will be better.
With Your help, I can advance against a troop. With my God, I can scale a wall. As for God, his way is perfect; the word of the Lord is flawless. He is a shield to those who take refuge in Him. For who is God besides the Lord? And who is the Rock except our God? It is God who arms me with strength and keeps my way secure. 2 Samuel 22:30-33

    Hi Folkwoman, welcome back! Returning to a place that will help you focus is always a good thing.
    Slipping into bad habits is so easy for us, I just had to hide all my Easter candy, because I cant look at it without having several pieces .
    I decided a week or so ago to cut out processed food. So far so good, the desire for sugar is not being repeatedly flushed through my system and I do appreciate that. I have better control over my choices and am no longer feeling deprived of food at all. I pray with you that you will with His help advance through a troop. We will Glory in our victories with God fighting for us, hope to keep in touch with you,
