Lots of walking...

Managed a great amount of walking this weekend, making me feel better about eating the chocolate eggs and cake that has been coming my way. Not to mention helping me feel much better about life in general - simply the act of going for a good walk, and seeing the rest of the world really helped me to smile.
It helps me to stress bust too, so I win on many counts emoticon
However, I've had a few days off from an extremely stressful and busy job, I go back tomorrow, and the proof of the pudding will be whether or not I can manage to keep this up for the next 4 days. emoticon
