With this second week in April I've decided to commit myself to daily exercises and a few group classes until May to see how it pans out. It seems I'm always re-commiting myself or trying something new and I think it's because finding a happy medium with this workout process is very important to me. Hopefully the workouts I do this month are beneficial and will help me reach my goals.
Let's do this :) lol
