Well, got through this day without guilt and feeling good. This time I said that I would be mindful mainly because I did not want to go through feeling bad about what I ate and had to track. :D Holidays are not easy, since there is so much food, desserts and candy around. I was sure to keep my water bottle with me at all times. I had a good sized tomato, lettuce, and cucumber salad with vinegar and italian seasonings and some slices of chicken breast. Not bad. After the salad, I was really to full to want to have a "taste" of everything else that was on the table. As much as I love my mother's sweet potato souffle' and my sister's mac-n-cheese and stuffing -- I had none of it. I'm sure the protein is going to be high, because I went back for some more chicken and a slice of ham, but it's better than the carbs! Feeling good.
