Taking this one week at a time, I have now lost 12 pounds. I have switched to wraps and sometimes use a large leaf of lettuce as my bread. I track everything I eat, even snacks. (Especially them, lol.)
I exercise as much as possible daily, even 5 minutes when I cannot find 30. I am working on changing my motto from "oh darn! not enough time to do 30 minutes" to "even 1 is better than none". I have found ways to stretch 1 to 10.
