This past week I began forming a new habit: going to the gym before work on Tues, Wed, Thurs. I am proud to report that I did this on Tuesday and Wednesday! I was just too too beat by Thursday morning. I did notice, on Tuesday what may have prevented me from getting to the in the morning and likely many other times....
filling the dishwasher... paying bills, organizing, the same stuff as everyone else, minus the kids (been there, done that!)
So I am practicing walking away from everything that needs to be done, walking to my car and drivng away... to the gym. I did notice I felt FANTASTICALLY FABULOUS on Tuesday, not so much on Wednesday. I did a tougher workout on Tuesday, so I will test this theory this week and work out hard every day.
I DID find myself thinking, later in the week, well I exercised Tues and Wed and I think I exercised Sunday....soooo maybe I can skip. But I didn't
I GAINED weight this week, sighhhh, I hate the scale. I think it was too much fruit and meat, crazy right? not too much candy and chips... blah blah blah
GOALS this week
- gym M-Th in the AM
- off Fri
- Gym Saturday
decrease meat and fruit- already shopped for a couple of work meals and soygurt.
