I found a DVD with Denise Austin doing a kettlebell workout. After watching it there is absolutely no way I would do her suggested moves with the kettlebell. First of all her form was absolutely horrible. She is lucky she has not hurt her back severely. And some of the moves she does with the kettlebell should never be done in the ,manner she performs.
I am so glad I researched the proper form and technique to use my kettlebell, because if I would have found this DVD first and did it the way she instructs, I would be suffering from horrible back and arm pain.
I love working out with my kettlebell, strength and cardio into one workout.
