It has been awhile since I have posted anything on SparkPeople. I was on the IP diet and had some success - lost 30 lbs. However, it became too expensive and I was just tired of it. The one thing I learned is whatever you do to lose the weight is what you will need to do to keep the weight off. With that said, I gained back 20 lbs of the 30 I lost. However, I found another plan that may just work for me. The 17 day diet - it's broken into 4 17 day cycles. I see some people here have had success with the plan. I am feeling confident I can do this . i am to the point where I have to do something. I work out regularly, so if I can just get my nutrition in check, I should be able to reach by goal. My goal at this point is just get 1o 199 lbs.
