Mon - cardio DVD, dog walk
Tues - taught am & pm
Wed -pilates lesson, taught pm
Thurs - taught pm
Friday - off - pilates lesson, family dinner
Saturday - spa time w mom
Sunday - solo pilates, dog walk

Lacked cardio but my ankle is bugging me. I think it might be from the little insanity that I've done. I hope not but I'm not pushing it. It's not worth it. I worked extra this past week and am covering more this coming week to make extra only for upcoming vacation so prob not the best weeks to be "restarting" but life manages to always get in the way. Overall, not a bad week. Could have done better w dogs walks & cardio but I was really busy (& not just sitting around believing my excuses) ;).

This week gonna go back & see if preplanning helps....sometimes it has been a savior & others it's been annoying...honestly, not sure where I am right now. It's worth a shot. I still can't get my @ss out of bed for an am something unless I'm teaching

Monday - teaching pm
Tuesday - teach am, dog walk & cardio pm
Wednesday - pilates lesson, dog walk, teach pm
Thursday - dog walk & cardio
Friday - pilates lesson pm
Saturday - yoga, dog walk, cardio
Sunday - solo pilates, dog walk

    Sarah, you are so right - there is always "something" happening, so best to just forge ahead! Sounds like you have some vacation coming your way, seems like it's just what the dr. ordered! Enjoy!
