Saturday started off great. Then, emotions took hold, and I ate FOUR nutty bars (two twin packs) in one very brief setting. WTF, Emily!?
After that we made a delicious homemade pizza and I ate a healthy serving size. So, I'm happy I turned it around, b/c it was close to being disastrous!

Steps: 3300 (ouch)
Sleep: 9 hrs 14 minutes (88% efficient). This isn't quite right. It tracked my 40 minutes of tv time as 'laying down-not sleeping time'. And I skipped 30 minutes again in the night. But, it's close.

P.S. DON'T EAT ALL OF YOUR KIDS' CHOCOLATE FOR EASTER!!!!!!!!!!!!! AVOID THE CANDY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Those nutty bars go down easier than Pizza Hut pizza! I don't buy them for a good reason! Good on you for turning it around and not letting the whole day be bad.
