I started the day with M&Ms for breakfast and still managed to stay under 1400 calories for the day. Fortunately I turned the day around with eggs and toast for lunch and a turkey burger for dinner. I am making a big Easter dinner tomorrow so that will be my big temptation for the week. I am planning a fruit smoothie for breakfast, a moderate Easter dinner at noon and vegetable soup for dinner.
