M & M Breakfast

I started the day with M&Ms for breakfast and still managed to stay under 1400 calories for the day. Fortunately I turned the day around with eggs and toast for lunch and a turkey burger for dinner. I am making a big Easter dinner tomorrow so that will be my big temptation for the week. I am planning a fruit smoothie for breakfast, a moderate Easter dinner at noon and vegetable soup for dinner. Happy Easter everyone!

    I think m&m 's for breakfast sound nice. Good job of staying in range, it is the kind of day I have but sometimes it is the next day I manage to pull back and do mt total intake count over 2 days and then divide by 2.

I gave them up for Lent, and Tomorrow is Easter!! I see a Peanut Butter and M & M Sandwich in my Future!!
