Well, first off, YAY! It's spring break! (I'm a senior in high school.) This means I get a week off from school.
I've been really stressed lately, mainly over school.
So I'm using spring break to do a lot of make up work.
I'm also using spring break to get back on the health wagon, and possibly lose a few lbs in the process.
So, after this episode of biggest loser goes off (I'm watching an On Demand rerun) I am going to do two 10 minute sparkpeople workouts. I figure that's a good enough reintroduction to the world of fitness and health. Just wanted to blog on here, seeing as I haven't in a while.
Goals for this week:
-Lose 6 lbs (Only expect this much because I am very heavy and it's been a while since I've exercised, so I know a little more weight than normal will come off the first week.)
-workout at least 4 days out of the 7
-drink at least 3 cups of water a day (this is a step up from my 0 cups a day that I drink currently)
-clean my room and maintain it (so my mood stays happier and less stressed than usual)
-make dinner instead of asking for fast food
-come up with a plan for my weight loss
-track my calories at least every other day
-do my laundry
-take my measurements
