Hello all and Happy Easter. I have been soo busy these past weeks I have been unable to even logon. However, being busy is good for my eating habits. I learning more to trust my body to tell me when to give it fuel in form of healthy food. The downside is finding time to walk regularly, although I have been just going up and down the bottom step at home to help me wake up in the morning for about five to ten minutes. Just enough to get an increase in my heart rate while still being able to stand and walk away when I am awake. I purchased a couple pair of shorts two weeks ago and had to exchange them for one size smaller because I bought my passed size. I think I was more happy than the clerk because there was a price difference between sizes. One tip I would like to share for chocolate and mint lovers. Junior Mints individual packages are a great way to satisfy that craving without too much harm. Purchase the big bag with the individual boxes. One box is 75 cal and about 15 carbs and less than 2g of fat. Just be careful not to eat the entire bag. Good luck everyone and Happy Easter.
