No weight loss this week- I'm kind of disappointed- since my goal for this month was to lose a pound a week, but I didn't really work as hard as I usually do! I wasn't suprised to not lose a pound, but I was suprised that I didn't lose anything at all- I'm just the same weight- but at least I didn't gain a pound!!
This week's down fall was: going out for ice cream last Saturday, fried chicken fingers for lunch on Thursday, Mexican food and frozen yogurt Thursday night and not working out on Friday.
I'm actually suprised I didn't gain a pound after reading that back!
Take away lesson: It was a rough week, and now it's a new week. I had a healthy breakfast, and I'm going to get a good workout in about 10 minutes. I'm going to continue to push to eat 5 fruits and vegtables every day, drink 8 glasses of water and make healthy choices when we go out!
The next three weeks are going to be HELL with finals and crazy projects being due, let alone my bridal shower, parties and dress fitting- but I am GOING TO LOSE THIS WEIGHT! I did not come this far to give up now or to stop losing!
