I woke up feeling happy today. Not that unusual for me but today was different. I feel more energetic and lighter. Even though the scale seems to think otherwise. I credit this feeling to the food tracker and the fact that I have been staying in my limits or just under for the past couple of weeks. I have been choosing my foods a lot more carefully these days. I was eating healthy foods but not in the right groupings. Either I was eating to many carbohydrates in one meal or too much protein. I am amazed that I have to intentionally eat foods that contain reasonable amounts of fats. I have always tried to eat no fats while dieting. Fat I learned is necessary for good health! Truly amazing discovery. My husband is now more interested in eating healthy too. So this new LIFESTYLE is going to get even easier to maintain. Thank you SP! You have given me a new outlook on life. I am not in any hurry to lose my excess weight. I believe that slow and steady wins the race. :)
