Holiday wknd

So I've been trying hard to get my exercise in, and eat well but it seems no matter how hard I try it is not working.

Today I have a bit of time I think so at least the exercise I know I will fit in. It's hard for me cause I try to plan my life around exercise and nutrition becasue that seems to be the only way I can control it, and then life throws me a curveball and I gotta start from scratch.

Wish me luck today - As I'm going to a potluck and I hope I don't eat nothing too bad!

    I find that if I feel a bit down or a bit lazy or not just feeling it, I just do at least 1-min :D And from that 1-min, either I will continue or my body will tell me, please, enough, need rest!
