I have to get a mind set and I think I have it back . I did good yesterday and my aim is to do the same today. My weight goes up about five pounds and usually I put a stop to it. I think I have it under control , yesterday went good and today , the plan is to do the same. Thank all of you for the comments and advice , it helps knowing someone took the time to reply with the good comments.
