Yep, still in that plateau.
But my workouts are getting better, so there must be some muscles somewhere.
I see improvement in my performance in my muscle strength class, which I did twice this week plus this week I did a bike ride for about an hour, a 2 hour hike that was fairly strenuous and played golf with a pull cart, 18 holes. (all on different days), and none of it exhausted me.
Not bad for an old woman!
