Anyone who knows me, will tell you that I am a night owl. I've been one since I was a baby. Mornings are tough on me but I'm vowing to get exercise back in my life. Mornings seem to be the only time to squeeze it into my schedule. So I started with baby steps this week. I got up a little early and was able to do 10+ minutes of cardio before heading out to work. This morning I didn't have to work so I got 30 minutes in before family obligations. I do my strength training in the evenings before bed. If I can keep this up and add a little more time each morning, I'll be in much better shape. Here is hoping those baby steps continue to move forward.
