Hello, Binge. Can't say it's good to see you. Don't care where you've been -- just want to know when you're leaving.
So DH and I went to Olive Garden today. I thought I was behaving by ordering the soup, salad, and breadsticks. Minestrone? Good choice. ONE breadstick would have sufficed (don't ask how many I actually ate.) And, really, I did not know that two helpings of salad added up to 700 calories!
Defeated. Ashamed. Self-confidence levels plummeting. Yep, that's where I am today.
Tomorrow, we have Easter dinner at Mom's. I'm picturing a lovely display of candy, a baked ham, mashed potatoes...ugh...so yummy, and yet such a temptation.
Plan: Big workout in the morning. Choices? Run/walk. P90X DVD. Either way, I need a good 60 minutes.
Plan: Portion control. Don't even start eating the candy since I know I won't be able to stop. Sit in the living room instead of the dining room. Bring veggies and dip for a fiber fill-up.
I have a weigh-in tomorrow, and I am already dreading it. However, in the interest of honesty, I will weight, post, and deal with it. Stop the gluttony now so the rest of the weekend isn't ruined.
