Great Week

I've had a great week Workout wise...

Today is an off day- HOPEFULLY I will pick it up again this weekend.

I skipped my walk at lunch today because I didnt have a new book on my Kindle and I thought ohh well Ill still go home and BR.

CHANGE OF PLANS... Brian called at 2:30 and is getting off at 4:30!!! Soo excited as he usually works until somewhere between 7 and 9. So we can actually get dinner or get drinks or hang out.. I think he has something else in mind emoticon

So depending on what we do- I might still try and sqeeze in ZWOW 6! but if not I'll count today as a rest day and tomorrow hit the trail at the park and come home and ZWOW 6 (I mean 10 min NO EXCUSE!!)



But anyway !

I walked 4 days this week at lunch totaly of 9 Miles
I also took 2 extra cardio days that were both a little over 2 miles each and had running, jogging, and walking segments.
I also go in 2 BR videos so far too- I am feeling Great

OHh and Squeezes did them last night- attempted to do them with my feet on a chair-BAD DECISION Cramped up right away, but I caught it in time and could still do them with my feet on the floor.

Hope Everyone has a Wonderful Easter Weekend... I will probably eat too many sweets :) Weighing in on Tuesday YIKES!

    Way to go girl!! You're doing killer!!!!
Don't you just LOVE when the man gets home early? =] I love it! It happens a lot around here too! (he doesn't have a set hourly schedule, just do his jobs and come home! it rocks!) I hope you guys have a FUN ( ;-) ) filled evening! And if you don't get a BR in, don't fret! You're doing a kickass job, and deserve a rest day! =]

DUDE... elevated squeezes! That would be ridiculous... Seriously though, something for you to try, hip thrusters. Have your shoulders/upperback against a couch or something cushy and then place a weight on your hips and thrust them upwards, tipping your head and upperbody straight back.. OOO.. have you ever heard of Marianne Cane? She has the website Myomytv.com and she posts awesome workouts, and this move is a FAV of hers! I tried it for the first time yesterday after my workout and holy crap it burned my booty! You should definitely check her out =]
