I think I got "it" back!

My 10k went well! I am so proud of myself! I think I got "it" back!! Woo Hoo!!!! Here is my workout plan for the next week, I have a lot of time so I need to work out as much as possible!!

FRIDAY: 5 Miles, Crossfit
SATURDAY: 4 Miles, Crossfit
SUNDAY: 8 Miles
MONDAY: Crossfit
TUESDAY: 5 Miles, Boxing
WEDNESDAY: Crossfit, Zumba
THURSDAY: 5 Miles Speedwork, Boxing
FRIDAY: 4 Miles
SATURDAY: Bikram Yoga
SUNDAY: 8 Miles
