what working out can do

There are days that I do not feel like working out at all. Like today, I did get up off my chair. Popped in the Callan dvd and did the first twenty min. Later in the afternoon, popped wii fit in the wii and did that for thirty min. I felt awesome when I was done. It relieved my stress, burned off some calories, stretched out my muscles and just felt all over good. So when I have to get up and redo tomorrow, I might have to come in here and re read this for motivation. LOL.
