I could not do this anymore. I have to look into someone's face and be made accountable. I joined weight watchers today. However, I am down 4 pounds on my own. I refused to get on the scale at home anymore and I had no idea I had lost any weight until today. I am praying this works for me and I hope I keep going back. Consistency is the problem.

How are you doing with WW? I used to go, but it's a long way and I couldn't afford the weekly drop in fees. I did do really well with it years ago. Hope you're finding it helpful.

Best of luck with your new lifestyle change. That is what it is - and it has taken me some time to realize that. I am doing it not only to lose weight, but to control my sugar readings. The sugar readings have been great with a meds change - the weight is the same. Hang in there - you will follow the right path that is good for you...
