OK, for whatever reason the absolute hardest mornings for me to get out of bed and do a workout are spring mornings when it got cold over night and there is frost on the ground. You can hear the heat kick on, and the bed is soooo comfy and you know when you get out from under the blankets, it's going to be cold!! That was what kept me in bed this morning, and the fact that i knew I would be coming home early in the afternoon to do yardwork - mowing, raking, edging. It's a good workout.
