but today I'm back on track. I was really upset/angry, did not work out and pigged out on chocolate. Surprisingly I did not go above my max calories by that much.
I suppose days like that will happen once in a while - luckily not too much.
Today I'm feeling better (emotionally) and I even biked to work! It's a 50 minute ride to work and the same back (18km each way in the city with stop lights, etc.). A little exercise also helps me to get into a better mood.
