Sometimes you have to stop planning and just DO IT!

I admit...I'm a planner. I like to have my packing lists made before a trip, a to do list to get chores done, deadlines for goals to measure progress.

But sometimes I feel it's easy to get lost in the planning phase and keep saying "I'm almost ready."

I've been "almost ready" for months and months and months.

So today, I found myself in the "revamp planning stage" determined that this time I would get all my ducks in a row and it would lead to consistency.

And then I stopped....and just went to the gym for a run.

I decided to be active and proactive and JUST DO IT instead of preparing to do it.

And THAT is my first step in the right direction.
