And I need to be in bed, but this is the last thing I'm doing today.
I kept to my calorie goal today.
I ate 6 servings of fruits and veggies, which is awesome.
I took a rest day, planned.
I drank plenty of water.
My gym bag isn't packed but it will be done in the morning. I have my water bottle. I'm ready.
