Two things I hate about working out

#1 - Stretching. Don't get me wrong, I love the feel of the stretch. But I get terrible cramps in my feet while I stretch then I can't hold the stretch because I have to let my feet move. Anyone know why this happens? Shoes make my feet cramp more. I definitely do better when I am not wearing shoes.
#2 - My boobs feeling as though they need to do power jumps with me. I can't seem to find a bra supportive enough to hold them in while I am jumping. Then I am having to stop and put them back after every jump.
Well just got done with my INSANITY and those were the two issues really bugging me besides the fact I was doing it after 9pm and alone because my husband was gone. I had a harder time pushing myself. I still ended up dripping sweat and somewhat nauseated.
Here's a couple of pictures of how I look after a workout: My son took this picture. The picture doesn't show how red my face truly is. Even after a shower, my face was literally as red as a crab.
