Two things I hate about working out

#1 - Stretching. Don't get me wrong, I love the feel of the stretch. But I get terrible cramps in my feet while I stretch then I can't hold the stretch because I have to let my feet move. Anyone know why this happens? Shoes make my feet cramp more. I definitely do better when I am not wearing shoes.

#2 - My boobs feeling as though they need to do power jumps with me. I can't seem to find a bra supportive enough to hold them in while I am jumping. Then I am having to stop and put them back after every jump.

Well just got done with my INSANITY and those were the two issues really bugging me besides the fact I was doing it after 9pm and alone because my husband was gone. I had a harder time pushing myself. I still ended up dripping sweat and somewhat nauseated.

Here's a couple of pictures of how I look after a workout: My son took this picture. The picture doesn't show how red my face truly is. Even after a shower, my face was literally as red as a crab.


This is after tonights workout. No smiling required.

    But you did it emoticon I get that Crab look from being outside because of my meds and allergies and chemicals in the air. Just think, in the NW we won't be over weight but have great bodies, bodies able to do all the things we want to without any problems.

    I know exactly what you mean about the bra issue. I found one at Target. It goes up kinda high on the front. I can jump rope with no problem now. I had given up jumping jacks, and anything else that required jumping. The sports bra is made by champions. They also have some that have the cups and then the added support that goes up so you don't have to worry about anything falling out.

I get super red when I work out too. It's great that you did the workout with out your hubby. I know finding the energy and motivation is hard. Great job!!
