260 minutes Exercise {aerobics class = 60 min; walk in am = 30 min;
walk in evening = 20 min; billiards = 150 min}

Had a nice day, a bit hectic, but I'm kinda used to it.

Stayed in my calorie range for the day.

I made my snack {Fruit/veggie drink [homemade] & cranrasins & nuts}
I took my lunch {more fruit drink & salad with spring mix; nuts;
chicken [I cooked it]; cucumber; tomatoes & Blackberry Walnut
dressing. {YUMMY!!!}

Going to pull the plug on this machine and relax. My shoulders
are tired.
