There are some days where I don't feel like working out or I feel like stopping in the middle of my workout. Music is my main motivation. I usually listen to Michael Jackson's music because he is my favorite artist and a lot of his songs are fast. Usually once I start working out I forget all about that I don't feel like working out, BUT some days I need extra motivation. On those occasions I usually listen to "Bad" over and over again until I feel that I am bad enough and nothing can't stop me until I finish this workout! It works! Once I finish, I always feel good!
