When you don't feel like working out, what motivates you?

There are some days where I don't feel like working out or I feel like stopping in the middle of my workout. Music is my main motivation. I usually listen to Michael Jackson's music because he is my favorite artist and a lot of his songs are fast. Usually once I start working out I forget all about that I don't feel like working out, BUT some days I need extra motivation. On those occasions I usually listen to "Bad" over and over again until I feel that I am bad enough and nothing can't stop me until I finish this workout! It works! Once I finish, I always feel good!
How about you? What's your motivation during a tough workout or a tough day?

I have to have my ipod or I would never make in through a workout. I have my first personal trainer appointment at the gym tonight. Hoping I do not get tortured too much since I only started back at the gym this week. I will succeed this time around.

im like you MUSIC (btw i kindof sortof "heart" MJ as well, but mines billie jean), ii listen to alot of dance and hard rock, but i got a few oddballs in there as well..lol..like heres a sample

motivation- well i have netflix which BTW has the biggest loser on it, so watching one of those usually has me up and going, also they have the A& E series HEAVY, or i can always find a good documenty on obesity ( i find myself not wishing to be a statistic anymore),for the past months i had the motivation of wowing the doc when i went in for my cardiology exham (BTW i did), right now my motivation is a RED HOT CILI PEPPERS concert im ging to next thursday, i want to look good round all those little kiddies, after that who knows but i'll find something..just look round theres bound to be something to inspire you to get up and get booging..lol..and yes i know its hard but its there and you can do it IVE GOT FAITH IN YA!!!!!

When I don't feel like working out, it is basically determination that gets me through. Ha ha. I just tell myself over and over that I will enjoy it once I actually get going. Or, I start out doing something I really like, such as my wii fit, and go to the harder stuff from there.
