I love salads - here's one of my favourites - have it a few times a week - it's also fairly large cause I eat a lot of veggies, but here goes:
Two handfuls of baby spinach Two handfuls of mixed greens A few slices of red onion Two green peppers chopped One or two red or yellow peppers chopped Crumbled feta cheese Crumbled pre-cooked bacon One large chicken breast - grilled and pulled
Make my own dressings - olive oil and balsamic goes well with this - could add some garlic and lemon or lime juice as well.
