WEll, foodwise I seem to be struggling at night snacking - I need to go shopping to get some fruit to eat instead of sweets.

    My problem at home is granola bars and fiber bars. Unfortunately, I'm not sure the fiber that's packed in them overcompensates for the carbs and calories lol. Good luck :)
