Bye bye 2 lbs!

Run man run!

I just got to keep moving and stay on my diet. Using the treadmill like crazy, and still using "Zombies, Run!" app. Man, I don't think with wish could have been better. I am so excited. People in my family tree that thought I couldn't do it are now changing their opinion. In your face people that didn't believe in me. 42 lbs lighter since the beginning of this year! WOOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No one or thing will stop me. EVER. I will crush one 1 pound at a time and never look back. I am currently jogging 3.7 non-stop for an hour on the treadmill and some 5 mph runs. Kicking ass. Its only a matter of time until I start hitting my main long term goals. Currently I have hit my half way mark to start trying out for the National Guard. So, if I can keep up with what I am doing by August I will be trying out and doing all the test.

I don't care what I need to do. I got all the tools I need. From, White Tiger Team to my diet plan to pure endurance. There will be nothing but victory so help me. So, what there will be sweat, soreness and maybe being a bit uncomfortable. I will push through it all. World, throw everything you got at me. I will go through it like a Eagle through the sky. Bring it on!

Alright everyone, get off your butt and lets go for a 1 hour jog/walk!
