So yesterday was pretty much a normal day in terms of things accomplished. However, I managed to fit in 4 workouts. Not I am not that crazy, some of it was definitely unintentional. So first, for one reason or another I found myself taking the half mile trek to my vehicle. Usually, this is once a day or two and from work, but it ended up being 3 plus occasions.
During my lunch hour, I decided to run some sprints with a coworker, this was purposeful.

Once at home, my husband and I did our Insanity workout. Again on purpose
Well, following that we took the kids on a bike ride, while we intended to walk with them, but ended up jogging with them to keep up for nearly a mile. Oh well alls well that ends well.
I did have to supplement with food after this extravaganza, cause not only was I beat, but I was HUNGRY!
