Well...I cannot say if this is day 40 or day 5 because I had troubles when I traveled. Not enough protein for breakfast and difficult work conditions ended up with me gaining some weight -- thankfully I am back down after eating right for 4 days.
I am doing all right-- I am still around 137.4 lbs-- I have started working out -- just walking on my Wii but I plan to start lifting weights this week.
I don't plan to blog about this any more. The elements I will take from this are -- vast amounts of protein for breakfast, fasting between meals and learning to listen to my body. Thanks to all those who encouraged me.
